Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. General Policy

All transactions that made for services rendered by QuickStayPoint, such as bookings in property, PG, rentals or for any type of other property-related service, are non-refundable. This applies to all services after a transaction is considered closed or a booking has been confirmed.

2. Exceptions

Exceptions apply under the following conditions:
Change of Mind: If you have a change of mind after your payment or after you have booked the service, there would not be any refund.
Partial Services: If services such as lodging and property listings, PG accommodations, or rental agreements have begun, they cannot be canceled or refunded.
Customer Cancelled: Cancellations of the booking or payment done by the customer after the bookings cannot be refunded at any point.

3. Special Cases

In case of occurrence of any extraordinary situation (for example, double payment or system error), the case will be considered individually by QuickStayPoint. Any such request for refund shall immediately be reported to us, and shall be on our sole discretion.

4. How To Request A Review

If you believe there was a mistake or special situation, please contact our support team within 7 business days after the transaction to request a review. You must include:

Payment evidence: transaction receipt.
Explanation of the issue.
We will review and respond with a solution within 14 business days. Note that approval of your request for a review is not a requirement to approve your refund.
